BDR: New Feature or Change Request
The Licensee has requested a change to the BDR system.
- Direct the Licensee to contact the Department of Local Government, Industry Regulation and Safety (LGIRS) at bdr@lgirs.wa.gov.au.
Requests can include, but are not limited to:

- adding a new ID type
- changing the logout times
- access to older scan data
2. Notify the BDR team of any requests from the Licensees, advising that the Licensee was directed to contact the BDR team. Cc projects@scantek.com.au.
IMPORTANT
Only the Client (LGIRS) can make change requests.
