Process: Accidentally created venue as an OLGR venue
When a venue has been created in the OLGR tenancy (portal.veqld.scantek.cloud) but is not a regulated scanning site
1. Deactivate/Disconnect all users. If the staff may be involved in a regulated site then disconnect the user with the red button, or deactivate the account with the toggle, noting deactivating will mean they can not login to any OLGR venue. Be sure to also remove any Scantek staff accounts.
2. Set site number. To ensure there is no chance of an empty log number, if you have already set an OLGR site number do not remove it!
a) If you have not yet set a site number leave blank.
b) If the venue is licensed and in QLD they will have a site number regardless, find this using the SNOP site lookup tool and enter it.
c) If the venue is not licensed or in QLD and you HAVE set a site number let a VE dev know to remove.
3. Untick the OLGR blueprint
4. Rename the venue to something noted like `VENUE NAME - DO NOT USE - VE` for memory reasons.
5. Notify the VE dev team of the actions on #venue-entry (@vedev) or email tech@scantek.com.au in case OLGR query.
