Unlocking Reports and Sending Password for Witness List for Venue Entry

New VE

**We know a witness list is new VE as it will be prefixed with patron-export or main-patron-export, all others see old VE

Option 1: Police/Scantek Self service

Staff without admin access will have to use this method. 

1. Head to https://portal.ve.scantek.cloud/reports-unlock

2. Enter the key and your scantek email (Or enter the requesting police officers email)

3. The code will be emailed directly to the email entered

Option 2: Admin portal

1. Head to portal.ve.scantek.cloud and login as a Tennancy Admin 

2. Enter the key provided in the email

3. If the key exists, the password will be displayed
