1. How old is the scan? Scans are deleted after 30-days.
2. Reset the filters. Your browser cookies may have stored the previous filters.

3. Do you have the transaction ID of the scan? Use it to search the Portal for the scan.

How long are scans accessible on the BDR Portal?

The scans are cleared from the Portal every 30-days as per CORBDR013

How frequently are BDR scans deleted?

The remove.php job runs several times throughout the day - every 2 hours during non-busy periods.
