Configuration Options for Venue Entry

Some features are regulated by local law or an SRS - In these cases although the settings will feel like they change they will revert back on page refresh - Consult management or a member of the VE Dev team if you need clarification of a particular feature.
When you login to the VE/OLGR/BDR portal with the role 'Admin', 'Tenancy Admin' or 'User Support' the Developer mode appears where you can configure account settings. Here is an explanation of what some of these settings do
Mobile App Settings (iOS/Android)
Inactivity Notice Length: (Confirm if works) After this amount of seconds if nothing has happened on the VE iPad a popup will appear to ask the operator to confirm if they are still there.
Inactivity Length (to trigger Auto Logout Notice): Once the above appears, after this many seconds the app will logout.
Personal Information Clear Length (to trigger Personal Information Clear Notice): If the operator has taken a scan but not actioned it (Accept/Reject/Flag) then after this many seconds a popup will appear to inform the operator the scan is about to change to status 'timeout'
Personal Information Clear Notice Length: After the above is triggered, this is how long the operator has to respond before changing the status to 'timeout'
Patron Capture: This feature enables capturing an image of the patron, should a company only wish to capture IDs toggle this feature off.
Live Patron Count: (Currently not working)
NSW DDL: If disabled the ability to scan NSW DDL (source check) on the VE app is disabled - If this is disabled then NSW DDL can still be scanned by screen scrape if toggled on.
Enable DDLs: Disable this if the venue does not wish to scan Digital IDs - Note this is independent from NSW DDL button however this is required to be enabled for Screen Scraping.
Enable Screen Scraping DDLs: Disabling this will mean only DDLs which can be verified by the issuing authority can be accepted - Note for this to be enabled 'Enable DDLs' must also be enabled.
Minimum/Maximum NSW DDL Workflowrun result polling (ms): Consult a member of the VE dev team before changing this setting. Relates to the backup NSW DDL polling.
NSW DDL QR Code Timeout: How long the NSW DDL QR code is shown on screen before closing. Be aware when increasing this as it will lock a code for a longer period of time and may result in the code pool becoming depleted.

Location Radius: No longer in use
Api Call timeout time (ms): For offline scanning this is the amount of time the iPad will wait for a TAMS/BAN response from the server before reverting to offline. Note when the iPad knows it is offline (eg Aeroplane mode) this setting is not enforced.

IDWS URL/IDWS Host: Consultation with the VE or ML Dev team should be made before changing these settings.
DVS (AU) Originating Agency Code: (Currently not in use) placeholder for VE DVS system.
(DVS) Run Visa on Foreign Passports: As above
Purchase Manager Enable: (Read only) Enables the purchase manager (TAMS) system for that account. The VE operator will have to input purchases after a scan is complete.
Purchase Manager Interface Version: (Read only) When above is enabled, this is the version name of Purchase Manager, for TAMS the naming convention is the beer strength.
Purchase Manager Display Name: (Read only) When Purchase Manager is enabled, this is the name which will appear in the Purchase manager menu.
