REIWA, REINSW & Liveforms queries
How to process queries received from the above entities
These clients are an API client that integrate Scantek services into their platform. To note that these services contract third party 'Dynamic Methods' to manage their IT / developer tasks.
Confirm from HubSpot that REI / Liveforms applies:
-
by viewing 'DVS Access Type' - will be 'liveforms',
-
Deal stage should be 'Customer -end user' for these clients,
-
Source of truth is checking their portal account> settings>parent account reference
If a client is shown to be a member of these services 2 options for handling incoming queries
1 ) General queries need to be forwarded back to the relevant platform owner* (ie requests to change document ID types / user issues) .
- REI Member Support on:
WA: member.engagement@reiwa.com.au (08) 9380 8288
NSW: info@reinsw.com.au (02) 9264 2343

REI Client portal: https://login.reiformslive.com.au/
REI Help portal: https://help.reiformslive.com.au/
2) for errors with the API integration itself, they will need to source an error code from Dynamic Methods so our developers can investigate where the issue has come from and resolve.
- HTTP method and endpoint they're calling
- Sample HTTP payload where applicable
- x-amzn-request-id header value from the response
- response payload, including error code like SCTK.0.XX.XXX
Other troubleshooting tips:
-
Trailing or leading whitespaces in the username fields can cause issues, ensure Realtime or user strips these from their key and username fields.
-
Integration with REIWA setup captures passport or a Drivers License only. If further primary ID / 100 point check is required client should be referred to the sales team for information regarding direct setup with Scantek (outside of REIWA Platform)
- Integration with REINSW consists of:
- 1 of: Title Deed**, Council Rates Notice, Land Valuation Notice
- 1 of: Passport or Australian Drivers Licence
- 2 of: Passport/ Drivers Licence, Medicare Card, Utility Bill, Council Rates Notice, Bank Statement, Bank Passbook, Electoral Enrolment Card, Evidence of Enrolment.
- NB: Noting no e-signed options available
* platform owner being either REIWA / NSW / Liveforms
** Not applicable for REIWA
REI LiveForms - Scantek Integration: Account setup instructions:
If a company has an existing account with Scantek, we will need to make amendments to allow them to set up within REI Forms.
How to identify the client type:
Log into Provisioner and Search Company name
If the company exists already, click on the account to open their Settings.
Under "Core" details, see what the Parent Account Reference lists:
Reiforms_wa = account created in REI
Realsctr = direct Real Estate user set up in portal by Scantek
If its just numbers = Scantek client
Existing Scantek client, integrating with REI
Log into Provisioner and Search Company name
Under "Core" update the company name by adding "old"
Example: Cupcake conveyancing > Cupcake conveyancing old
Click into "User Management" and change email address to .old
Example: bob@cupcakeconvey.com > bob@cupcakeconvey.old or old.bob@cupcakeconvey.com
The user should now be able to create a new account.
Do not disable this account
