VE open/close time settings
Troubles with - Patron counter - Previous scans page on the iPad - Patron reentry
These settings are not accessible to the end customer and must be done by a user with account management permissions.
Applies to:
- Venue Entry
- Venue Entry OLGR
- BDR iPads (Not BDR Units)
Patron counter
The patron counter is located on the top right of the iPad screen when logged in. The counter will automatically reset to 0 within 15 minutes of the venue's opening time.
Previous scans page on the iPad
Shows all scans since opening time.
Patron reentry
Reentry counts as if the person has already entered between the open and close times currently in. Note where the close and open times have a difference there is no reentry warnings out of opening times. (Not applicable to BDR)
How to adjust
1. Login to your admin account
2. Click settings and search account
3. Scroll down to Mobile App Settings (iOS/Android)
4. Adjust Start of Day (Hour), Start of Day (Minute), End of Day (Hour), End of Day (Minute)
5. Scroll to the bottom and press Save
**Note Patron counter may not apply until the next day.
